Registered Corporate Coach™ Program Overview
RCC Program Overview
The RCC designation is considered an intermediate designation in that it reflects training that is typically shorter than a certification program, yet offers the benefits of a professional designation based on life experience. (Certification programs usually take longer to complete and require post-certification requirements for maintenance.)
The RCC program uses an accelerated course structure and has been designed for individuals who can work independently, grasp complicated concepts easily, and draw on practical applications through personal experiences.
The ideal candidates for this program are typically:
- External or internal coaches working with businesses
- Internal professionals interested in performance coaching
- Those with previous work experience in coaching, consulting, managing, and training
- Specialists in human dynamics such as therapists, life coaches, human resource professionals, and organizational development consultants
Registered Corporate Coaches™ (RCC) are trained in both internal and external coaching. Internally, they work with executives and managers, coaching to strengthen the organization's corporate culture. As an external coach, they work with business professionals at all levels to achieve personal and professional success.
The RCC is awarded to those member coaches who pass a screening process and successfully complete a training program that requires demonstrating coaching skills necessary for making highly effective coaching interventions in the business setting.
Organizations seeking to credential more than one RCC candidate are encouraged to consider an on-site training program. This training program is provided by one of our Instructors, and is structured for internal coaches working with corporations or executives, and addresses how to use coaching to handle the most common issues faced by corporate employees, managers and executives. RCC coaches have significant life experience working in business and/or with performance issues.
